Erica D. Dekko, CFP®

Erica received her B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Oklahoma State University in May of 1992. She graduated from the Executive MBA program at Notre Dame University in South Bend in May of 2000.

Erica Dekko left Group Dekko as an industrial engineer in 1997 to join her mother, Erlene Dekko, and become a wealth planner at Dekko Investment Services. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER TM, Erica is committed to understanding her clients’ financial goals and uses the financial planning process to help her clients with investment management, risk management, tax planning, retirement planning, and estate planning to pursue their financial goals.

Erica strongly believes in giving back to her community. She currently serves on the board of the Cole Center Family YMCA, Oak Farm Montessori School, Dekko Foundation, Freedom Academy, and Noble County Economic Development Trust Board. Erica enjoys reading, fishing, bicycling, swimming, and jogging in addition to traveling with her husband and two children to fun destinations.

Erlene D. Dekko, CLU®, ChFC®, CFP®

Erlene started Dekko Investment Services in 1981 and holds designations as a Chartered Life Underwriter®, a Chartered Financial Consultant® and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®. She received her Bachelor of Arts & Sciences degree from Indiana University Bloomington and her Masters of Arts from Ball State University. Her wide range of experience includes teaching government and economics courses at the high school level and, from 1975-79, service on the Group Dekko Board of Directors.

Erlene regularly attends national and regional seminars on financial planning and enjoys staying current in the field through weekly financial publications and ongoing education opportunities.

An active community volunteer, Erlene has served on the Cole Center Board of Directors, the Kendallville Public Library Foundation, the Kendallville Chamber of Commerce, and the Noble County United Way Steering and Finance Committees and is a member of the Albion Rotary Club.

Alisha M. Norris, CFA®

Alisha joined Dekko Investment Services in 2013 as a Registered Sales Assistant, following two years of working as a research analyst with Tower Bank & Trust Company. Alisha graduated in 2010 from Ball State University with Bachelor of Science degrees in both Finance and Risk Management & Insurance, and in 2011 she received a Masters in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from Ball State University. She gained additional investment experience through internships with Lincoln Financial Group and Thrivent Financial. In 2015, Alisha earned her CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst ®) charter which is a globally recognized mark of distinction in the financial services industry and demonstrates mastery of a broad range of practical portfolio management and advanced investment analysis skills.

Alisha lives in Fort Wayne with her husband and daughter and enjoys running, reading and spending time with friends and family.
